What is Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy at Restore Hope?
Pelvic Physical Therapy Evaluation
The pelvic physical therapy evaluation is a comprehensive assessment designed to identify the root cause of your symptoms and develop a personalized treatment plan. Your session may include a detailed medical history review, discussion of your symptoms and goals, hands-on posture and movement analysis, strength and flexibility testing, and an internal or external pelvic floor muscle assessment as needed. We take a whole-body approach, assessing how your core, hips, and spine contribute to pelvic health. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, judgment-free space where you feel heard and empowered on your path to healing.
