Pelvic Physical Therapy Evaluation

We offer a diagnostic evaluation to accurately understand the source of your discomfort. Our evaluations take about one and a half hours and are done in only one meeting in a private room. You and Dr. Hope will review your medical history, your questions and concerns, and your goals for therapy. A hands on evaluation will assess your motion, strength, musculoskeletal alignment and balance. Dr. Hope will also look for possible fascial and connective tissue restrictions. She will help you understand your anatomy better and the treatment techniques that are appropriate for you. She may also evaluate your pelvic floor muscles which may involve an internal pelvic exam. If you are not comfortable with an internal exam on the first visit, please let us know when you come in for your evaluation. Your comfort is most important to us. Set up a free consultation or schedule an appointment today.
